This is great, sadly your customer service leaves me feeling extremely frustrated, irrelevant and ignored Nearly 3 months of Emails, Phone calls and no further communication, explanation or Reimbursement for Fraud £3000 of fraudulent purchases from an unknown IP Address, Confirmation from PS that the serial number of the PlayStation console is not owned nor used by my self, but yet you continue to stutter, stammer and ignore the final stage of monetary refund Is This The New Standard I Can Expect!!
