The other day at the Nomads Create meet-up ❤️❤️❤️ What a blast! It's incredible how connecting with the right crowd can totally energise you. We dove into workshops and chats that opened my eyes to the true power of community. Learned that when you're surrounded by like-minded folks, you're not just sharing a space—you're exchanging ideas, inspiring each other, and pushing everyone to level up. Hey everyone! 👋 As we move forward in our community-building journey, it's time to explore the essential steps of the post-launch phase. This phase sets the foundation for our community's growth and success.   So here I am with PART 5 my 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽-𝗯𝘆-𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 (to be covered in 7 parts).   PART 5 POST-LAUNCH PHASE: 0-1  months after launch -𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁- By leveraging our existing mailing list, we are reaching out to new segments and inviting them to be part of the community. - 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀- This dedicated space allows for deeper connections, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. - 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬’ 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 -We should actively listen to our community members' feedback and make adjustments to ensure their needs are met. - 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞- This committee should comprise of passionate individuals who will contribute their expertise, ideas, and guidance to shape the community's future. - 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸- This is so important to track our progress and identify areas of improvement Stay tuned for the remaining 2 parts of our series 🌐✨ #CommunityBuilding #communitybuilder #BuildingConnections #GrowingTogether #CommunitySuccess #learningtogether
