It’s construction season in Michigan and we know that could inconvenience our patients as they make their way to important appointments at Sparrow offices in downtown Lansing. We’ve put together a quick guide for navigating the detours and cones so you can get where you need to go without too much hassle. US-127 is being worked on from Michigan Avenue to I-96 with closures at the Trowbridge Road ramps and westbound I-96 ramps. The work at the US-127 and I-96 intersection is scheduled to be completed in June 2024 and the Trowbridge intersection work is scheduled to be completed in December 2024. To avoid those issues, consider the following: • If you are coming from the north or south, Cedar Street and Pennsylvania Avenue are open. • If you are coming from the east or west, Michigan Avenue is open. More information on these projects and on construction timelines can be found at https://bit.ly/43m366O.

Development across the Boston area is slowing as high interest rates and inflation make builders more hesitant to start new projects. But when the next wave of development comes, it will notably not take place downtown, in the Seaport or even Back Bay. It’ll be in underutilized stretches of Dorchester and Somerville, and historically industrial tracts of Allston, Charlestown and South Boston.

Government office buildings aren't usually known for being particularly attractive. But then again, ambitious developments like the Texas Capitol Complex aren't your typical run-of-the-mill government project! The second phase of this years-long effort to modernize the area directly north of the Capitol is getting underway and will include two new state office buildings along West 15th Street. From the looks of these renderings, some of us might want to trade in our jobs in private practice and start working for the State of Texas. #downtownaustin #downtownatx #austinrealestate #austindevelopment #austintx #localaustin #texascapitol

Husband & Father | Co-Founder of My Town Construction | Co-Founder of My Town Advisors | Entrepreneur | Real Estate Investor
True story…. About a month ago, I left a high paying job to take the plunge with my brother into entrepreneurship! Here is what I have learned so far: 1. I don’t like being called a boss. I would rather my team refer to me as their partner. To many leaders think of themselves above others, and that they must be served by their ‘underlings.’ The truth is: you serve your people! 2. Great teams are not just built by finding the most talented people, but rather investing in the RIGHT people. I choose to work with people who are teachable and that want to do great things. True talent is a focus on effort and consistency spread out over a long period of time. 3. I want to transform the construction industry. I have had the priveledge of speaking with so many homeowners and business owners recently. The primary issues I hear are - unreliable contractors, long wait times, and a lack of accountability. My Town Construction is NOT perfect, but we are invested in getting better everyday! Our team is committed to getting better everyday. I am committed to getting better everyday. I am honored to serve this community and to bring visions into reality. So here is my sales pitch today: How can My Town Construction be of value to you? #learning #growing #committedtoexcellence #mytownconstruction #yourtownisourtown
We want to hear your story, see your vision, and partner with you to bring your space, your land, your building, your home to life. How are new construction homes affecting the market? 🤔🏡 We absolutely NEED more housing in Southern California. I see new construction growing rapidly like it is in Irvine. They're building up instead of out which minimizes the living space but it helps create more space to build 👷♀️ What are your thoughts on new construction? Let me know in the comments below 💬 - #Newconstruction #Realestate #OCrealestate #Californiahomes

Northcliffe project 2nd phase: This project was the perfect size to work in a scale economy in the construction area. Which lowered the cost of material and labor. Another benefit of having all in the same location is that allowed me to start different scopes at the same time. We were still pouring the last slab, when we were putting the cmu blocks in the first house already. And when we were doing the block-work in the last house, we were already putting the trusses in the first two. And the list goes on. This stage was the most busy part of the project in all the aspects. A lot of logistics and managements was needed. However, we pulled it off 😎 #construction #development #realestate #florida
