#InclusiveHealth Beginning a weight loss and physical fitness journey can be daunting, but as we learn from Special Olympics Wisconsin athlete, Danielle, determination leads to achievement. As a dedicated athlete, Danielle has not only embraced the challenges of her sport but has also embarked on a transformative personal quest. I don't usually post about apparel. In fact I don't think I ever have. But this is interesting to me. "We research and develop tools for mindful athletes, creating products that are equally function-first and performance enhancing. We believe in a holistic approach to athleticism and the idea that mental wellbeing is the foundation of every form of physical exercise." This mindset is exactly what I write about and precisely what I advocate for in fitness. I've described how athleticism is so different from 'fitness' and why that matters to the industry. In my view, the mindfulness of athleticism is the next important growth area of fitness. District Vision #fitness #mindfulfitness #fitnessfranchise #wellness

Stimulate don’t annihilate. Sometimes, more is just more. Once the system is sufficiently stimulated, there’s nothing but diminishing returns. You’re just increasing your risk of injury for, if anything, fractional gains in performance. If you’re unsure where to start - start easy. You can always put an undercooked chicken back in the oven. However, if it’s burn’t - it’s burn’t. There’s no going back. The “outwork” mentality often comes from a place of anxiety, or lack of program direction. Athletes don’t trust the system, so constantly push to do more and more. Unknowingly making themselves worse, not better. If you’re looking for a structured plan made by elite level coaches click the link in our bio to apply for our Contact Athlete Performance Programme. Let’s see what you can really achieve with all the tools. . . #rugbytraining #americanfootballtraining #athlete #strengthandconditioning #contactathletes #combatathlete #athleticperformance #athleticperformancetraining #performancecoach #mmatraining #workoutmotivation #fitnessmotivation #gymmotivation #gymbro #bjjtraining #gym #goggins #mentality
