2wTonight, instead of a bedtime story, I've decided to read my 8-year old son this case study. If it's got anything to do with PRIME - I've got his attention. This is a modern-day David vs. Goliath (PRIME vs. Gatorade) tale with the message of arming yourself with accurate real-time data to take action on new entrants. Even as Prime wins on entering the market with new customer adoption, they lose the battle for retention -customers are going back to Gatorade. Once Goliath falls, does it get back up and squash Prime? Interesting to see what happens next...
