Key Take Aways: 💡 Nicole Burke believes that employee culture is the most important aspect of a business, contrary to the common belief that it's about selection, equipment, or marketing. 🔄 The best brand is a reflection of the best culture, and it's important to prioritize building a strong internal culture if you want a great brand. 🌟 Authenticity, radical candor, and transparency are values that can turn mistakes into opportunities to build strong customer relationships.
