Alabama is in the southeast, of course, but according to one lawmaker, it's the Wild West. Chav Vasilev reports: State Rep. Andy Whitt is hoping that a comprehensive gambling bill is the solution. He expects to have a bill in the legislature by about mid-February. On the one hand, Whitt's proposal would establish a lottery, legal sports betting, and upgrade tribal casinos to full Class III gaming. On the other, the new Gaming Commission could serve as a metaphorical sheriff to run the black market out of town. https://lnkd.in/ebWJzx6w #gambling #legalgambling #gamblingbill

Is the US going to fully legalize iGaming? The black market seems to have a strong opinion about it. 860 illegal sports betting and casino operators target New York, New Jersey, and Minnesota, with 638 affiliates promoting their services. The pressure is quite visible. Legal operators still dominate, having 62% of the market, but the federal government closely monitors the situation. Should we expect major changes in US regulations? #turbostars #turboplatform #turbogames #turbosportsbook #igamingsolutions #instantgames

A fun article which lists some of MGC's team (including my director and industry veteran, Bruce Band) among the "Most Influential People in Massachusetts Gaming". Congrats to members of our legal team, Caitlin Monahan and Todd Grossman, too! It's so clear the work you do is not unnoticed.

I am very interested in seeing this draft regulation. I think it makes perfect sense, as long as each and every customer knows that these are the rules. #casino #gaming #gambling #regulation #Nevada #NV https://lnkd.in/gpXnjpVM
