We had a very insightful session during the Techlytics Product Analytics Masterclass last Friday. Oluwatayo delved into how we can leverage analytics for Product Improvement and here are five major takeaways from the session: Product Analytics will help you tell a story about how people are using your product so that you can understand how to improve their experience and positively impact your business metrics. To establish your product analytics infrastructure you should: 1. Define your business goals: Be clear on what your main objectives are so that you can ask the right questions. 2.
