At All Means All, we are dedicated to transforming outcomes for students with disabilities and other intersectional identities that have been historically marginalized. We start by partnering with school leaders to thoroughly analyze and disaggregate historical data and then build inclusive and ambitious goals to address disparities. Leaders develop plans through our multiple learning cycles that draw on adult leadership skills and practical tools to target specific areas of disproportionality such as reading, math, post-secondary success, or social-emotional growth. This creates a proof point, demonstrating what is possible and generating momentum to continue eliminating disparities beyond the program. Join us for our fourth cohort as we work toward more inclusive, supportive learning environments where all students can thrive academically and socially. 🌟 Apply Here: https://lnkd.in/gQhAz_25 🌟 📈 Check Out Our Results: https://lnkd.in/gSZQGq3R 📊

It's all about serving the students. We work together with students, who help us understand how higher education needs to evolve to serve them better. We pilot their solutions and scale those that make the impact we all seek. Asking students how to improve higher education is a surprisingly radical approach to their success. #REP4 #highereducation #studentcentered #studentsuccess

I am delighted to share that an article that I co-authored with John Braxton, Dawn Lyken-Segosebe, and Christine Harrington was recently published by the Journal of Higher Education Management. It's entitled "Clarity or Continuing Ambiguity Regarding the Tenure and Promotion Process in Community Colleges." If you are community college faculty or working in community college academic affairs leadership, please consider giving this empirical study a read. We discuss a framework on how faculty and academic affairs leadership can better quantify and value the multivalent work of CC faculty. https://lnkd.in/eEkz8Ewy
