Just listened to a fascinating episode of Inside the Strategy Room from McKinsey & Company- discussing how small, bold steps can help leaders effectively navigate today's uncertain landscape. https://lnkd.in/eRV8FTK5 The need for real-time strategy adaptation is clear. With the pace of change in tech and global markets, annual strategic planning cycles risk becoming obsolete. Strategy now requires agility and accepting failures as part of the learning and growth process. 'Imperfectionism' struck a chord with me. I agree that organizations can benefit significantly from making iterative, informed steps—building knowledge and capability without waiting for perfect conditions. When I think about the changes and challenges that have impacted supply chain management over the last five years, there's a clear need to embrace flexibility in strategic thinking.
