There are no limits for girls or women. Happy to see that Jessica Hawkins has just completed her test drive for the Aston Martin Formula 1 team at the Hungaroring in Budapest. This is actually important as there have not been female test drivers in Formula 1 for years. It is not a proper Grand Prix race, but still, it means something to drive that machine at 300 km/h plus. There have been F1 female racing drivers in the past and some test and development drivers in relatively recent years. But the Italian Lella Lombardi remains the only female driver to ever score points in an official Formula 1 race. Imagine - one out of several hundred drivers who have ever scored points in Formula 1 races. I think this needs to change and Ms Hawkins hopefully is on the path to prove that girls can drive seriously fast. Push the limits.
