I completely agree with you. Nowadays, on platforms like LinkedIn or any social network, if you want to increase your followers or connections, you sometimes have to resort to dishonesty. It's happening on LinkedIn too, where if someone's page or profile isn't growing, they resort to posting fake job listings or sharing fake things. So, I request all marketing departments to stop these practices.

"*All children require nurture, empathy, active listening, compassion, kindness, patience and understanding.
*All behaviour is communication.
*Punitive, punishing regimes do not work and in fact can exacerbate existing mental health problems, can create new ones and can cause trauma.
*There needs to be a national standard which requires that every school adopts a behaviour as communication approach. There needs to be a complete rejection of punitive approaches which are from a time before advancements in research.
*With this as the foundation, individual school will of course need to adjust their approaches in order to meet individual needs but this will be done in a climate of care - not fear."
