oh man... every single day.
Getting teams to fill out scorecards is the bain of my existence.
LOL what?! I’m sure it’s the recuiters fault.
This situation always give me a chuckle. Assuming you know there are no flags that need to be addressed, I feel like this is a situation where process gets in the way of efficiency. The recruiter should just push the candidate through to onsite and get the written feedback later.
