Card Alerts is a new, convenient Card Management tool that keeps you in-the-know each time your card is used! Whether you set up alerts for all transactions or specific types of transactions, you’ll know the minute it happens. Most importantly, if the purchase is questionable, you can immediately take action to lock down your card. Card Alerts are available to consumers in both online banking and the STC Mobile app. These tools can be found in STC Mobile by clicking on Manage Cards and scrolling down to the Controls & Alerts menu. In online banking, click on the Tools tab, then Manage Cards. Whether in the app or on desktop, be sure to select the Alerts tab so you don’t mistakenly change your Control settings.
