As a global company with more than 120 nationalities in 40 countries, we are continuously refining our policies and actions to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment. While we recognize the need for further improvement, recent efforts have taken us a step forward. These include an inclusive parental leave policy, the creation of an LGBTQIA+ employee resource group, formalization of a transitioning guide, and training modules on LGBTQIA+ and allyship in the workplace. While policies and programs are important, it is the cultivation of an inclusive culture that is essential to shape the behaviors and the mindsets of people. In this spirit, our LGBTQIA+ employee resource group engaged colleagues around the world through internal panel discussions, participation in pride events, and production of educational LGBTQIA+ videos. Thanks to our wonderful colleagues that animated the #PrideMonth. Let’s continue to strive for a workplace in which everyone can be the true version of themselves. #STMicroelectronics #OneST #DiversityandInclusion #WeareST
