“Mental models are deeply held internal images of how the world works.” ~ Peter Senge 📌 Learning to row in college and being part of an incredible team of teams in our boathouse disrupted my historic mental model of #teamwork and what is possible when we work #together toward a shared goal. 📌 This mental model disruption of #teamwork for me meant I could not go back to the prior way of thinking or working with others. I developed a new belief in what is possible when we connect as #trusted #teammates working toward a shared goal. It is exciting to see the story of #teamwork, individual and collective #resilience, and shared #success come together in the movie Boys in the Boat this month.
