It took us some time to design this page for our client, but it came out really well. BTW - if you know someone younger and wondering what to do with their lives? Becoming an A&P mechanic sounds like a great idea. The pay and hours seem reasonable, and where A & P mechanics are needed, the cost of living is decent. FEAM partnered with EPIC for A&P training and even sponsored some scholarships earlier this year. (You can find that information on their LinkedIn page.) There will be a long-term demand for A&P mechanics, and there will be jobs if kids go to school now for quite some time (years, not months or weeks—years). Everyone focuses on the pilot shortage, and that shortage is acute, but the A&P shortage is just as problematic, and it doesn't require 190-250K to become trained as an A&P mechanic. Food for thought! :)

PHI agrees deal for 12 AW189s for offshore energy market PHI Aviation has agreed a deal with Leonardo Helicopters for the delivery of 12 AW189 aircraft for the global offshore energy market. The agreement includes firm orders as well as purchase options, with deliveries starting next year. Also Included in the deal is a service centre agreement, MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) agreement and training for AW139s and AW189s. Scott McCarty, CEO, PHI Group said the agreement marked a significant milestone in its partnership with the manufacturer. “Not only are we investing in state-of-the-art aircraft like the AW189, which underscores our commitment to delivering innovative solutions and ensures we are well-equipped to provide unparalleled service to our global customers, but we are also fortifying our repair and overhaul capabilities,” said McCarty.
