How I helped a client get from 11,000 emails in her inbox to a zero inbox
Last month, my client, who is a physician, reached out
She needed her inbox organised in folders but was not sure how.
So I jumped into action:
→ We agreed on a few rules on what needed to be archived
→ I added more labels/folders to what she had created
→ I started by tackling the oldest emails
→ Identified and filtered out subscriptions and spam
→ Added the rest of the email in their respective folders
Results of her orderly inbox:
No emails in her inbox
Everything organized into folders
She could address new emails promptly
Filing emails afterwards became effortless
No more inbox overwhelm and her digital workspace is now fully optimized.
You can do this yourself.
→ First identify if anything is useful and what should go in the trash.
→ Key word searches will be super helpful for organising emails into different folders.
Depending on how large your inbox is, it can take a few hours, or days or even weeks!
