At Softech Worldwide the aroma of delicious biryani filled the air, and we all gathered to enjoy a feast that truly lifted our spirits. But there’s something even more exciting happening at our company that I want to share with you. Our company rolled out an incredible initiative few months back: providing 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 for all employees. This simple yet thoughtful gesture has been a game-changer for all of us. No more rushing around in the mornings to pack lunch or worrying about skipping meals because of a busy schedule. Knowing that a delicious meal awaits us at work has made our mornings so much more relaxed. For our families, this initiative has brought peace of mind. They can rest easy knowing that their loved ones won’t go hungry and will have a good meal to keep them fueled throughout the day. It’s comforting to know that our well-being is a priority for our company. Here’s to many more delicious meals and continued success. 🎊 #Softechworldwide #EmployeeWellbeing #WorkplaceHappiness #CompanyCulture #TeamLunch #ProductivityBoost #Biryani

That's great. Our company provides breakfast, lunch and dinner and that is without any deductions from the employees.

If only companies could understand, that daily how much of mind an employee spends over thinking what to eat from where and how to get it. Then comes the financial planning and partners. Some employees and I would believe most in our culture, could work more focused if they are served tea at scheduled time on their desk and lunch at scheduled time.

It is a commendable effort, however, it is crucial to note that heating food in plastic containers or wrap in the microwave can lead to chemicals leaching into the food, thereby increasing the risk of cancer. It is important to use only plastic product that is deemed microwave safe.

I must add one thing, a good meal could be the potential reason to avoid taking casual leave when one is able to do so! It may sound odd but: “Atleast khana toh Acha milta hai” could also be the significant reason for higher retention rate!
