How Close is AI to Replacing Product Managers 🤔? My contrarian opinion is not as close as this article supposes. It's not about whether a random human and an AI that both have little knowledge of your product and industry can come up with similar verbiage - but what insights can be offered by insiders. That's really where Korl shines - our AI knows *what* you are building and *why* certain insights are more important than others. But human desires and needs need to be well in the loop! https://lnkd.in/g9E9_x4h In the DoorDash example, the need to more restaurants should have bubbled up way to the top - because that was one of the key metrics that allowed Doordash to out maneuver Uber Eats (pun intended) https://lnkd.in/gzA7VnrW 🤖 Key takeaways: ● AI is more capable than you might think: In a blind test, AI-generated outputs outperformed human responses in two out of three core PM tasks: defining KPIs and developing a product strategy. 🤯 ● Prompt engineering is crucial: The quality of AI output heavily depends on the prompts used. Most claims about AI limitations stem from inadequate prompting. ● AI excels at: Providing comprehensive and structured responses, especially for tasks like defining metrics. ● AI still needs work on: Creative thinking, nuanced strategy development, and incorporating tacit knowledge
