This week we celebrated the 40th anniversary of The Gallagher Way. I was asked to share what tenet I connect with most and showcase how TA Champions The Gallagher Way – here is the tenet I chose and a bit about why:  Which of the Gallagher Way Tenets do you resonate with most? #6 Teamwork. It’s so important to understand that no one is successful without everyone on the team. Such an important tenet, because it emphasizes the value of collaboration and unity in achieving common goals. The Gallagher Way has taught me the importance of valuing and respecting the contributions of every team member, and the power of working together towards a shared vision. It's truly inspiring to see how this tenet has shaped the culture of our organization and contributed to our success. Can you share a specific example or story from your experience that demonstrates how you embody or align with the tenet you selected? When I first started here, there was only 1 other person in the department.  Over time, we have built out a Best-in-Class team, but it took a common purpose, collaboration, teamwork, and a drive to succeed. We all embody the shared value of teamwork by working together to achieve our goals, supporting each other through challenges, and celebrating our successes as a team. Our collaboration and common purpose have allowed us to build a strong, cohesive team that consistently delivers exceptional results. What do you enjoy the most about the people you work with? If you ask someone how they’re going at work and it’s not great, then it usually has something to do with people…colleagues, boss, stakeholders, vendors, customers…. The people we work with have such a major influence on our experience and enjoyment at work. I stumbled upon the below image “green flags for co-workers” and it got me thinking. Earlier this month I hit my 4 year anniversary with Mohawk Industries. The time has flown by and I have really enjoyed it so far. One thing that seems to stay true with recruiting from year to year is that it is a rollercoaster ride. The key is to have more ups than downs.
