The end is nigh….for week 5! The team at Southern Waters Capital is hard at work identifying, analyzing, and making offers on sites throughout the beautiful Carolinas, Tennessee, and Georgia. There are no winnners just yet, but I’m a 🐕 on the hunt and I’m loving every second of it! I always like to joke that it seems like some landowners are pricing their land like it sits on top of a gold mine that’s on top of an oil reserve and there is a chance a diamond mine may exist as well. SMH. The silver lining is that I’m finding there is a large disparity in pricing on a “block by block basis” and the landowners simply aren’t aware of it. Basically, some landowners are stuck in 2020 and other landowners are aware of the changing tides in the capital markets.
