At first glance it looked like they were performing some kind of intricate surgery in there! But I quickly realized it was just their highly efficient production process in action.
As someone who's really interested in food manufacturing, I was really impressed by their state-of-the-art equipment and techniques.
They had top-notch sanitation procedures too. From disinfecting employee clothing and gear to constant hand washing - it was clear they took food safety very seriously. That's so important in an industry where cleanliness is paramount.
After seeing it all up close, I really understand what my connects Adeyinka Mudashiru and Blessing Ochonogor when they say the nutritional value of food depends more on how well our bodies can absorb it, rather than just the nutritional content on paper.
The way this factory maintained stringent standards gives me confidence that people will get maximum benefit from the nutrients in their noodles.
As for me, I'm just so passionate about the food industry in general. Seeing such an advanced operation in action only increased my enthusiasm.
