Job Description:
As a Repos Support Desk Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for various inquiries and concerns from customers, potential candidates, and other stakeholders. Your role involves effectively addressing these inquiries, providing information, and taking necessary actions to ensure a positive outcome.
Your responsibilities include:
Act as the primary contact point for all incoming inquiries, including but not limited to customer calls, product inquiries, candidate queries regarding open roles, and other concerns.
Efficiently manage and address inquiries from various sources, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Gather relevant information and assess the nature of each inquiry to determine appropriate actions and resolutions.
Register all logs, issues, concerns, complaints, and calls on the support desk register, maintaining comprehensive records of all interactions.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders or departments to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Follow up with internal stakeholders or departments to ensure timely resolution and maintain proper closure Turnaround Time (TAT).
Provide regular updates and reports on the nature and frequency of inquiries to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
Contact customers, candidates, or other stakeholders for feedback and reviews to continuously enhance service quality and satisfaction.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills to assess inquiries and determine appropriate actions or resolutions.
Patience, tact, and empathy to handle inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic computer skills for data entry, report generation, and using relevant software tools.
