Chop Chop is our way of taking our audience through an immersive journey of sharing stories, exploring behind-the-scenes moments of the brand, and embracing the diverse learnings that shape our culinary identity. In each episode, we intend to peel back the layers of Southeast Asian cuisine, uncovering its traditions, ingredients, and the intricate processes behind everything that shapes us.
Moreover, Chop Chop isn’t just about showcasing our passion for food; it’s also about connecting with our audience who have been so supportive and part of the journey. Through this series, we also want to offer a glimpse into our creative process as we develop new menus, navigate culinary nuances, and yes, acknowledge that the journey isn’t always smooth sailing.
