On June 18, 2024, Khun Mathuvalee Stithyudhakarn, Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Affairs Director, represented Suntory Beverage & Food (Thailand) at the university blood donation roadshow of the ‘BRAND’S Young Blood 2024’ project under the theme ‘Give Blood….Give Lives’. Joined by Khun Piyanan Kumkrong, Assistant Director of Donor Recruitment and Corporate Image of the National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society; and Dr. Sopit Panomai, Vice President of Sripatum University, the roadshow featured remarks from the three representatives and activities to raise awareness about the importance of donating blood from a young age. This initiative aims to promote sustainable donations to meet the increasing need of blood in the country, and to instill value of social responsibility within Thai youth. The company provided BRAND’S Essence of Chicken to every donor to support their health after donation, and set up an educational booth to share packaging waste segregation knowledge to all participants to promote environmental sustainability. The ‘BRAND’S Young Blood’ project has been implemented by the company for 24 consecutive years, underscoring our commitment to ‘Giving Back to Society’. The target for 2024 is to receive 100,000 units of blood. Activities to reach this goal include university roadshows and a t-shirt design competition.
