I’ve learned so much about the work that goes into managing upcoming artists, from creating content to helping artists show off their unique brand! What is your favorite aspect of your internship? My favorite aspect of interning at TREND is the community that the staff have built. Whether you’re an intern, client, or employee you can feel the energy and care out into this company. What inspired you to pursue a career in the music industry? I’ve been playing music for most of my life. Music has the ability to move and connect people deeply, and throughout my life I have felt that impact. Internship dhundh rhe ho? 🚀 I recently completed my paid(stipend) internship at logistriX, and it was an amazing journey! Over the past two months, I created website UI designs, collaborated with a fantastic team, and built user-centric designs. It’s intern season! Here are the top 3 things that I did that I feel helped me successfully convert my summer internship into my full time job (tips apply to all industries): ✨ Have bias for action Be the intern that embodies proactivity. Show how you are adding value by being alert for opportunities that you can help support. ✨ Ask for forgiveness not permission This is very specifically a reminder for people like myself who are afraid of being “too much.” Own the space that you have as an intern and show that you know your worth with confidence. ✨ Document and socialize your work Keep track of those wins and share them with your manager and other people on the team! Get the visibility of other people that can vouch for you when the time comes to convert interns. One of the most common questions we've heard is how you can make the most out of your internship? Julia Fernandez answers this from a Product Designer point of view which is basically the same for all interns including software engineers with one additional side note: be a productive engineer by writing code that solves problems and review code from others even if you're only asking questions.

Assigned during my StarLabs internship, the HR.my redesign project was a collaborative effort to enhance user experience for HR professionals. Through iterative design and user feedback, we improved the interface and workflow. After completing a 6-month summer internship as an Assistant Store Manager at Blinkit —yes, one of the largest e-grocery companies in India—I’m excited to say that I’ve been promoted to Store Manager! 🚀 During my #internship, I didn’t just learn the ropes; I immersed myself in the nitty-gritty of store operations. I had the chance to develop, implement, and monitor standardized processes that made our #expressstores run like a well-oiled machine. But it wasn’t just about efficiency—I dug deep to identify areas for improvement, driving initiatives that not only boosted productivity but also elevated our entire operational game. One thing I quickly realized is that communication is key. I made it a priority to bridge the gap between central and store-level #teams, addressing challenges head-on and optimizing performance across the board. And the best part? Seeing those improvements reflected in our #KPIs and knowing that my efforts contributed to real, tangible results. But let me tell you, this journey was far from a solo endeavor. Every insight, every recommendation I provided to senior management was backed by data, collaboration, and a relentless drive to make things better. And that’s what led to my promotion—turning an internship into a full-time, fulfilling career. My internship at TREND is preparing me to succeed in a professional working environment, from collaborating with team members and navigating digital media platforms to generating traction through engagements. TREND has broadened my PR skillset through my tasks writing articles and press releases for clients while receiving feedback from senior staff members. 🎙️:  What is your favorite aspect of your internship? My favorite aspect of TREND is the work environment. The senior staff members have been nothing but supportive and welcoming towards all of the interns. Most of the senior staff has started out as TREND interns, which is not only motivating but demonstrates the strong and loyal bonds curated in our office. 🎙️:  What inspired you to pursue a career in the music industry? Music has never been something that I was looking for. I have always been surrounded by music and have family members working in the industry. As an advertising student, I love being able to make my mark by promoting something I have a passion for. My Instagram strategy shifted gears, focusing on promoting brand identity and creating memorable experiences. The result?
