It is not only the home ground of the professional baseball team Yomiuri Giants, but also a premier venue in Japan where more than 8 million people visit annually. Opened in 1988, Japan's first air-supported dome supports the membrane roof by air pressure difference. One of the best stadiums in Japan, it can accommodate 55,000 people. In addition to Japanese artists, international artists perform at Tokyo Dome and large-scale events are held annually. 📌 Purpose of introducing KANNA To centralize management information from legacy to digital, to facilitate communication, to get rid of the tendency to assign work to a specific person, and to promote a paperless work environment. 🔎 Issues before implementing KANNA (1) The communication tools varied depending on the individual and the situation, and the workers were overwhelmed with meetings, phone calls and email. (2) Past information and construction documents were stored on personal computers, and the operation was becoming more personalized. (3) Although the company was promoting digital transformation to go paperless, it was difficult to unify the data storage locations. 🔎 Effects of Introducing KANNA (1) KANNA chat feature has reduced the time required to respond to emails. The reply feature enables clear communication of past correspondence. (2) The status display can be changed as the workflow progresses, and push notifications are sent for each change, making it easier for both managers and contractors to grasp the current status. (3) The ability to centrally store documents and images for each project has streamlined the process of extracting and checking documents. We visited the #Singapore Sports Museum at the Singapore Sports Hub for the first time last week. It's a great place that showcases all the Singapore sporting legends! 🇸🇬 This sign caught my eye and got me reflecting... What's my dream venue to learn and connect with others? My answer: 🌴wide open green spaces 🌊near water - the sound of the sea preferably 🚶♀️a track or path easily accessible to walk through 🧘some seating options - a bench, or flat grass areas This is the dream, and I have realized this dream through facilitating workshops at the beautiful Fort Canning Park and hosting my Walk & Talk community at different parks around Singapore. 🙏 However, it's not always possible to work at your dream venue and we need to go indoors. There is one factor that has an enormous impact on the energy in the space and the level at which participants can maintain concentration and engagement.
