Launching our new career returnees initiative 💼🚀 At Swiss Re, we recognise that talented professionals may take extended career breaks for different reasons. We also know that returning to the workforce after such a break can be difficult. Our new initiative 'Career Returnees at Swiss Re' is designed to enable and empower returnees to thrive again and succeed in their careers. We are committed to address existing challenges, ease transitions back into employment, and provide appropriate support. I’m very proud to be a Swiss Re employee with this initiative being launched. There’s a gazillion tonnes of talent out there, who’ve taken career breaks, for many good reasons, but find it so hard find a path back to what can and should be a continued, exciting career.
