When the timer between meetings stops, you can be a hero, choosing to donate blood and save up to 3 lives! But remember, meeting a few simple yet vital criteria is necessary for eligibility: • Being between 18 and 65 years old. • Having a minimum body weight of 50 kg, regardless of gender. • Having blood pressure within normal limits, between 100 mmHg and 180 mmHg. • Having a regular pulse, with values ranging from 60 to 100 beats per minute. • Not being under medication that affects eligibility for donation. • If you're a Foreign citizen living in Romania, to donate, you need to have been in the country for at least a year and have relevant documentation.
