I joined CellClar (formerly Single Cell Analytics) as a Business Development Associate, drawn by Ayoub L. and a mission that resonated deeply with me. Despite the initial challenges, this journey has been nothing short of transformative. 📈 Traction & Growth: From humble beginnings with just 40 followers on LinkedIn in February 2023, our CellClar community has blossomed to over 1.6K strong. My personal content has seen an incredible increase in impressions by 10,754.7% and engagement by 198,600% over the past year! 🤝 Partnerships & Collaborations: Our journey has been enriched by key partnerships with esteemed institutions like The University of Manchester and Oracle, pivotal in advancing our vision. 🛠️ Company and Team Development: In June 2023, I was honoured to be made a co-founder as we formalized our company. By December, I embraced the role of Director/Managing Director. I took over the company in January 2024 leading to the expansion of our team from 3 to nearly 20 dedicated individuals, who have become not just my colleagues but my squad, cherished friends and a supportive community. The opioid crisis was a sad hallmark of my years working for the Baker Administration. In a time of extreme partisanship at the federal level, this was one area where public policy, civil discourse, and private enterprise seemed aligned and sufficiently motivated to find a solution. What we learned, however, is that dollars and access only go so far in combatting a disease that knows no so specific demographic. Instead, it's apparent that a battery of tools is needed to combat and prevent addiction--ranging from strong safety nets, to novel non-addictive pain therapies, and better technology.
