International is poor at best - hardly any data?!! Others have packages not available to me - 10 plus years as a loyal customer gets you kicked to the curb, ignored and charged - as if I have no options.

Maybe you all should cancel this and concentrate on the customers who pay for your TMobile employment : From a TMobile survey today asking me about how happy I was with their service: “Happy with customer service. Not happy with the UPS delivery. Signature was required. The UPS Driver delivered package and allowed a falsified signature for acceptance and did not ask this person for identification. Expensive phone is now in somebody else's hands. I now have to repurchase everything. T-Mobile is responsible for this incident caused by their contracted delivery service. T-Mobile should refund entire cost of products purchased and replace all items to me at no cost to me at all. Highly irritated with UPS and TMobile for this costly mistake they both are responsible for.” Please share.

The Real T Mobile -- I called 611 to get a physical address lable to return s ignal booster to T Mobile. They sent one to my email but I don't have a printer. 611 (I recorded the call) told me to go into any T Mobile store ro get the RAL. I Chose 843 Mission St. A horrible mistake. No manager in site. Rep Johnathan Ballesteros sitting at a table with no name tag or T Mobile insignia sat there for 10 minutes. I thought he was a Customer waiting as well. He said what's your ph # and said he needed my pic ID. Not polite. Seemingly angry. I took a change and gave him my ph# & PIC ID then waited 10 more minutes with him saying nothing. When I asked he for the status still not talking to me he said to coworker Octavia Bennet "We don't have access to printers do we?" Octavia,said "We do not have access to printers which seemed like a lie but was no problem for me. I told Johnathan I was going to leave it there. Octavia yelled & screamed -- product abandonment and Johnanthan finally spoke up and told me if I did not take it he was going to leave it outside and I would be charged for it. It would not be a wise decision to hire Octavia Bennett or Johnathan Ballesteros Carl Glovier
