In May, we hosted an EMEA CHRO Conference in London, uniting more than 20 people leaders across the TA portfolio for two days of networking and discussion around key functional priorities. Facilitated by TA’s Strategic Resource group, the event provided a platform to explore innovative solutions to today’s most pressing people challenges. Conversation topics included transformational M&A, the complexities of people integration, employee engagement and GenAI’s impact on talent management.
