More than 200 Ford employees joined thousands of runners in Mexico’s Wings for Life World Run at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodríguez. This is the second year in the row the Ford team has joined the event to raise funds for spinal cord injury research. Despite the 5 a.m. start time, participants eagerly hit the starting line and joined 265,818 runners in 169 countries for this global event. Their simultaneous effort raised 8.1 million euros for research and brought attention to the cause. Ford of Mexico, along with RedBull, sponsored the 2024 Wings for Life Run and supported the race with our vehicles as well. We’re proud of our team members who showed up to “run for those who can’t”!
