We have been working on HR Devolution for a while, building our strategy for a widespread human resources management that can be supportive of Group development. The concept that guides us is to enable employees to act like adults. How? Educating and supporting our people, starting from middle managers. We have just launched a program involving more than 40 managers with the aim of ensuring they know what are the HR tools, processes and guidelines to manage effectively their teams. The goal is to enhance productivity, sharing what we the HR function has created to ensure they are autonomous and independent in managing the employees, just following first of all the company values and culture and using all the HR tools. And when it comes to my Global HR team, we need to be aware of our new role. We’re not “the centre of HR management”, we’re a Strategic partner that guides functions and business to drive clarity on processes toward the organization.
