This week there's new case-studies for me to share demonstrating the use of the NanoAnalyzer in #LNP characterization and generation of #nanomedicines. The empty particle identification is still a favourite but the new data quantifying the targeting ligands on the surface of LNPs has recently captured a lot of attention. Catch the webinar this Wednesday to learn more https://lnkd.in/gmmzSRT2 #NanoFCM #Nano #Nanoparticle #Liposome #Nanotherapeutic #mRNA #RNA #saRNA #siRNA #mRNAvaccines
Join us for an illuminating webinar on July 10th, 2024! In this GEN webinar, Ben Peacock, PhD, will present the NanoAnalyzer platform and describe how it supports multi-parameter analysis and characterization of biological nanoparticles like LNPs. Key highlights include: - Identify the presence of cargo and surface modifications - Determine the efficacy of nanoparticle loading or functionalization - Identify priority subpopulations within samples using exogenous labeling techniques - Quantify RNA cargo or the surface density of various targeting modalities 🔗 Register Now to secure your spot: https://lnkd.in/gmmzSRT2 #mRNA #LNPs #RNATherapeutics #LipidNanoparticles #RNAEncapsulation #NanoAnalyzer #NanoFCM #GENWebinar

The interactions between #nanomedicine and the in vivo biological environment largely determine nanomedicine's fate and #therapeutic outcomes after administration. Thus, a better understanding of nano-bio interactions in several scenes is essential for the efficiency of #drugdelivery platforms, as well as the #biosafety of nanomedicine. Check out our new Review paper, discussing the Nano-bio interactions with a special focus on #mRNA nanomedicine. Link: https://lnkd.in/eVWnvTAz

🧬 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 Due to their complex cellular composition, tissue samples present a unique challenge and opportunity. This complexity allows for detailed monitoring of changes such as inflammation and enables in-depth studies of cell distribution and interactions. Combining proteomics with microscopy techniques like immunohistochemistry offers a powerful approach to studying molecular changes and validating findings. Biogenity utilizes the Thermo Fisher Orbitrap Eclipse for accurate and sensitive proteome analysis. This advanced instrument ensures high sensitivity, which is essential for mapping biological systems and identifying invading cells. We employ TMT for MS3-level quantification to minimize analytical variance, enhancing accuracy for reliable statistical analysis. Membrane-anchored DNA nanojunctions enable closer antigen-presenting cell–T-cell contact in elevated T-cell receptor triggering https://lnkd.in/gAsjGD4P
Researchers have developed a novel approach to investigate the interaction between T-cell receptors and antigen-presenting cells (APCs) during the initiation of intracellular signaling cascades in T cells. They used DNA nanojunctions to manipulate the spacing between antigen-presenting cells and T-cell interfaces. Their study shows that the axial distance of the contact zone is a critical factor in T-cell activation, potentially affecting protein reorganization and mechanical forces. Shortening the intermembrane distance enhances T-cell signaling. Read more: https://lnkd.in/dSTKUBfX #dna #tcell #biomedical #nanotechnology #research
