We're so proud to share that Dr. Jessica Brumley, certified nurse midwife at TGH and associate professor at USF Health Morsani College of Medicine, has been appointed president of the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM)! Dr. Brumley, a pioneer in midwifery education and practice in Florida, previously served as vice president of ACNM and held various leadership roles within the organization. At TGH, she has led initiatives to enhance maternity care practices and reduce cesarean section rates.
