Focus on your strengths, you'll fix your weaknesses on the way ! We all have weaknesses, focusing on fixing them would surely help, but for what goal actually ? Focusing on your strengths will let you develop the special person you are and you will fix what you need to, when you need to. Certainly can relate to this at the moment however, I can also reflect that the team I’m part of supports what is a continual undulating process. Always the trajectory of improvement through lessons learnt though which is probably the most important lesson of all.

Professionalising the public sector is imperative in order to efficiently achieve service delivery goals economically and effectively.

How profound is this analysis. It is important to note that professionalization of public sector is one key contributor to advanced and prosperous nations.
