Now for my conversations.. it was yet another fantastic week that included Peloton Interactive, Combe Incorporated and Dell Technologies. Many leaders are actively prioritizing efficiencies across plan, source, make and deliver. Finding the right balance of tech enablement is key and when it comes to #AI, many are asking is it an enabler or disruptor? Understanding and finding its real use case and value will always remain the goal - for example many are using it across customer service and engagement as well as in transit to build out multi factor analysis and calculate costs such as lane rates and total landed costs.
