This month, we will introduce you to all YPBA-members! Mosa Almansour is the one we want to introduce to you today! Born and raised in Syria, he came to the Netherlands in 2016 and started his career in Accountancy in 2021. He is a Staff Audit at EY in Zwolle. In his second year as part of the YPBA, he is eager to create an inclusive environment where everyone is heard. Why did you join the YPBA? “When I joined EY, I was passionate to do more and became part of the recruitment team. Within this team, I learn what is going on amongst students and young professionals. As member of the YPBA, you can voice the ideas of the younger generation to the Board of Assurance. This way, we can help young profs to speak up by creating an open culture and a safe work environment that reflects our shared values. So, when I received an email of the YPBA seeking for new members, I decided to apply. To become a link between the leaders of today and the leaders of tomorrow.” What do you hope to achieve as a YPBA member? “As an audit staff and young parent, it is important for me to make a positive impact in empowering young parents. Also, as part of recruitment, I have many ideas to optimize the recruitment process so that we attract and retain talent. However, the most important part of our role within the YPBA is to keep the conversation going on all topics and see how we can do better together.” Do you want to discuss your ideas? Contact Mosa! #YPBA #EY #youngprofessionals #buildingabetterworkingworld

I just passed the Career Executive Service Written Examination (CESWE), the first stage of the four-stage Career Executive Service (CES) Eligibility Examination Process! Taos pusong pasasalamat sa lahat na tumulong upang ma kamit ko ang tagumpay na ito. 🥺 For context, especially to those who plan to take the exam: CESWE refers to the "CES Written Examination," which is the first stage of the four-stage Career Executive Service (CES) Eligibility Examination Process. The CESWE, formerly known as the Management Aptitude Test Battery (MATB), is a paper-and-pencil type of test designed to assess a CESO applicant's general intelligence and knowledge of management concepts and principles. It includes 220 test items and covers various sub-tests such as Error Recognition, Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Information, Management Concepts and Problems, and Essay. This examination is crucial for determining eligibility for entry into the Career Executive Service. #RoadToCESE #CESO
