Listen, if you're looking for a freelance creative... There's one thing I can basically promise you I WON'T do for the job... And maybe this is a bit controversial... 😱 But WHY are you asking for my resume?! I don't want any part in it. We work our butts off to create important assets like... ✅ Our websites ✅ Our portfolios ✅ And our LinkedIn profiles These things exist to tell you about our experience and skills... And if we've done a good job, they should tell you A LOT. But here's what I can't create... A resume that accurately reflects... ❌ My rapidly evolving body of work and skillset ❌ The wide range of projects I have experience with ❌ Or all of the amazing clients I've worked with this year (Maybe if I had 10-15 pages.) And to be completely honest, when you ask for one... It makes me doubt your... ➡ Level of experience ➡ Respect for what we do ➡ And capacity to work with us While resumes are a great way to outline the careers of fulltime folks... They just don't work for freelancers. Full stop. 😁 But don't worry... We've worked hard to find new and creative ways to express OUR experience... So please, friends...
