The beginning of Mental Health Awareness Week has arrived, and this year's theme is "Five Ways, Five Days." In the face of the uncertainty, unfamiliarity, and hardships we've encountered this year, we've experienced a range of emotions. Therefore, there's no more opportune moment to take a moment and check in on our mental well-being to ensure we're staying healthy overall. "Five Ways, Five Days" represents a collection of proven tools designed to enhance our mental health precisely when we need it.
