Engage with mentors or experts in your field through mentorship programs or consultancy services Interact with smarter people and witness your growth like never before.

Only true leaders will understand this advice. But it is certainly true. After a while of building your team, you will have people working for you that are even better at the task than you. But they are not in your position, because they don't possess the qualities to do so.
