Here are the other 2 strategies: ✅Lead by example: Children learn by watching their parents, so make sure you're modeling healthy eating habits. Enjoy a variety of nutritious foods yourself, and talk about how they make you feel good. ✅Don't force it: Mealtimes shouldn't be battlegrounds. If your child refuses a new food, don't pressure them. Simply offer it again another time in a different way. Remember, it can take up to 15 tries for a child to accept a new food! Anyway, As a compounding pharmacist, I understand that some children have sensory sensitivities or other challenges that make eating difficult. If you're concerned about your child's picky eating, don't hesitate to talk to your pediatrician or a registered dietitian. They can provide personalized guidance and support. I hope these tips help you navigate the sometimes-messy world of picky eating! Remember, patience, creativity, and a positive attitude are key.
