Moloco just had its 10-year birthday and 2024 marks the beginning of Moloco's 2nd decade of growth and contribution to society. I am excited. I believe in the real value of our machine learning technology. I trust the humble approach taken by our leadership team. I also believe our customers will continue to support us all the way. What can my team do to contribute to the next journey of growth? Although we are not the front line team to introduce products and close deals, we, as tax people, can help reduce tax risks and costs. After all, it is what my team and I are good at. However, that alone is not sufficient enough to keep me motivated. There is an even greater cause that I can participate in and that is to help Moloco build a culture that is the most humane and the most open-minded one. I recently sat down with my team and reviewed our collective achievements in 2023. The results are tangible, measurable and really value-adding. However the biggest achievement that we like the most is the bonding we built with each other, the genuine recognition we gave to each other and the support we received from our co workers (Anna Zhang, Dharti Patel, Ashley Y. Lai, Fanyi (Eva) He, S. Cortlandt Urquhart, Esq., Clara Copeland Jessica Amortegui, Eunkyung (Luna) Shin,Pallavi Srivatsav day in, day out. I am deeply moved and incredibly proud. Some people may be skeptical thinking I am naïve. How can one or two individuals shape an organization's culture? Well, I think trying is a good start. When I was a junior professional fresh out of college, a well-known Silicon Valley industry mentor told me that there was no fixed formula for success. And if he had to share one with me, that would be called "Do Not Stop Trying". I like the simplicity of it and it has helped me tremendously in different aspects of life. Get to Know Our Employees! Andrej de Godzinsky has been with Speeron for almost four years now, serving as the Chief Technical Officer. He joined the company in mid-2020 to drive the R&D activities. What is the best thing about working at Speeron? I would say it is the whole Speeron team. We collaborate and achieve amazing things together. Do you have any hobbies or other interests? I try to keep myself in moderate shape and am passionate about music in all forms. I love reading about history, as that helps us understand the current times better. How do you describe the company's culture and values? The culture is very open and encouraging for personal and team growth. We take pride in our solutions and being there for our customers. How do you balance work and your personal life? I have a wonderful spouse who makes sure I remember to relax as well. With four grown-up children and two dogs, I have plenty of chances to recharge outside of work. How do you learn and grow in your role? I believe in constant development via multiple channels, both on professional topics and in human interaction. It is very important to stop in occasionally and also to reflect on the past and understand what to learn from it. How do you collaborate with colleagues and managers? Our organisation is quite flat, and everybody has a voice. I aim to be available for my team and others for any issues and to ensure that any topics are discussed in the correct forums. I try to lead by example but give space for people to shine. Any advice you would give to someone who wants to join the team? First, stay curious! In a constantly evolving industry, it is very important to be open to learning new skills and technologies. To make a long story short 👨🏻💻, it's now time to say a goodbye ✊to each and every members of Trivium Packaging team. When one is having fun, time speeds by 🚀 , and what a journey it has been. What provides the Cambridge Dictionary say about what "a journey" implies then? - the process of travelling from one location to another, usually via car. - A set of events that happen to someone over time, particularly if those experiences shape the person in some way. - A school child's achievements as well as expertise are documented in this book. That sums it up pretty accurate ! Imagine starting into an empty office in Paris, at La tour Cristal due to Covid crisis and being handed a laptop and a stack of project, annual negotiations, digitalization, transformation, restructuring.🎢🎢🎢 I have been deeply impressed by the different teams, from the operator to the senior leaders passing by the cleaners. 🏭 Things cannot go that well without a deep commitment. I met people really passionated 💗💞💕and they passed me that passion, come rain or come shine.🗽 I will specially thanks those who have supported me throughout my journey🦸🏻♂️, especially my team members and mentors, who continued to challenged me daily !You have been instrumental in my growth and success, and I’m grateful for your guidance, encouragement, and friendship. I learnt so much from you and I am happy to know that I shared with many of you what I know and what I believe in.
