Here are some key takeaways from Alver Tuazon's recent presentation to the judging panel: 1️⃣ 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲: Did you know that over 10% of our current team members began their journey in support and have since transitioned into various roles across the organization, including Solutions, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Account Management? The knowledge and customer perspective gained in support serve as a strong foundation for success in other areas. 2️⃣ 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: We've been on a mission to help our customers help themselves. Over the past 18 months, we've focused on providing users with the right information at the right time. With nearly 400 Help Centre articles at their fingertips and the use of Zendesk's chat and AI features, we're empowering users to find solutions independently. 3️⃣ 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Technology has played a crucial role in our ability to scale effectively. Our shift to chat-based support and the intelligent serving of articles to users have allowed us to support a growing user base with a leaner team. It's a win-win situation, enhancing business outcomes while maintaining top-notch service. 4️⃣ 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿: As mentioned earlier, our Support team consistently receives high praise. The numbers speak for themselves: wait times on chat are less than 90 seconds, and our CSAT scores consistently exceed 95%. We're committed to delivering speedy, high-quality service. As co-founders of Customer Service Solutions, Rebecca and Leonie had the pleasure of judging at prestigious events like the Awards International Innovation Awards, Business Awards, and the Customer Experience Awards. Rebecca and Leonie were pleasantly surprised to receive a certificate of appreciation from the Awards International team, specifically from Ana Veljkovic. This concept is simple yet impactful—a wonderful way to express appreciation, especially when Leonie says how it made her feel "It makes me feel appreciated for the knowledge I share and the effort I put into both judging the written submissions and the face-to-face presentations." Consider adopting and adapting it for your customers to let them know they are valued. Always remember to celebrate your successes🥳 During September, we had the pleasure of celebrating four teams for their great results within Customer Satisfaction in the fiscal year (FY) of 2022. In KMD, we consistently measure our customer satisfaction so we can adjust and make changes where we need to improve and celebrate when we achieve positive results.   “KMD’s strategy ultimately can’t be fulfilled without our most essential stakeholder - our customers. Going that extra mile for our customers is vital, and satisfied customers are strong advocates for KMD’s future success. This is one of the reasons why we put a strong emphasis on celebrating our Customer Success Heroes,” says Per Johansson, CEO at KMD.    In collaboration with Per Johansson, Torben Mols, Head of Public Sector Software, joined the team meetings for the winning teams to surprise them with the great news. All the winning teams received sweets, diplomas, and praise as a recognition of their status as Customer Success Heroes 2022.   "It was a pleasure handing over the prize to the teams, joining them in celebrating their great efforts, and engaging in interesting conversations.
