I’m thinking of continuing the video podcast in the direction of the channel topics.
A video podcast where we discuss business, real estate, and also finance, both business and personal will be the highlight of the podcast.
I want to have real conversations with real people, that’s what podcasts are for anyway. If we want anything filtered and nicely done, we would stick to traditional radio.
I want to talk to business owners, real estate agents, investors, developers and more.
Example;
For business owners, come share stories like how you build that business, your biggest success and failures and how you bounced back.
What are your future plans for the business?
How you manage business money and personal? Your philosophy surrounding the subject of money.
Real estate, do you own a primary residence? Or shoplot? What are the criteria you’re looking for to rent when looking for a new outlet to open?
How do you do your research for real estate?
There’s so much more even around the 3 topics of the channel.
At the end, you’re welcome to advertise and send the traffic to your website or social media handle.

How about story of real estate fails and bounce back? I welcome you to share too.
Perhaps you’ve been a bankrupt or entered AKPK program at the worst of times and you’re ok now, please come on board and share too.
The world really needs to see more people living their lives even after bankruptcy and entering AKPK. Not just the rosy lives of people on social media.
So, why even bother sharing things that are personal and embarrassing like failures?
I just thought it would be a breath of fresh air to the content we are all having now and makes you (the guest) more relatable as a human being rather than someone preaching from a pedestal.
Talk to your customers and not at your customers.
Everyone loves a good story.
Well, all these is in the pipeline for next year, 2024 though as I don’t have the required equipment yet.
I will definitely need more than just my iPhone and Rode Wireless Mic to go with it.
Need to get a DSLR and mic to smoothen things out.
