Meet Heidi and Hannah: Sisters Making a Difference at Texas Children’s Heidi Howard-Jircik and Hannah Conley share more than just family ties—they share a dedication to Texas Children’s Hospital. Heidi and Hannah, both Practice Managers, have been a part of our family for over a decade. Their journey began with their mother, who worked at our FM 1960 practice, inspiring them to join our team. Since then, Heidi (TCP Heights) and Hannah (TCP Cypresswood) have held various roles, always prioritizing patients and supporting their colleagues. “We have real compassion for people. We work towards common goals and genuinely care about our team members,” says Heidi. These sisters are a testament to the supportive culture at Texas Children’s.
