The 7th Annual Transportation Technology Tournament is underway! Hosted by the National Operations Center of Excellence (#NOCoE) and the #USDOT USDOT Research and Technology’s Professional Capacity Building (PCB) Program. It’s time to introduce some of our student teams. The undergraduate, graduate, and PhD candidate students on the The University of Texas at Arlington team will develop their #ITS solution, a near-miss detection product, to identify high-risk intersections and improve intersection safety in the City of Arlington, TX. This school’s fun fact? Students at UT Arlington come from over 100 countries around the world, making it the 5th most diverse school in the U.S. Go Mavericks! Finalist teams will be announced in June before they present their proposals at the ITE Annual Meeting in July. Find out more about the TTT: https://lnkd.in/gBAYtYF
