Day26 of Learning : What is Ethereum Gas? Ethereum gas is a unit of measure the computation force that is used to carry out all the tasks in Ethereum. The more the transaction or the task is complicated, the more the gas is required. It is kind of a fee that you're applying to complete the transactions. Ethereum gas price is denoted as GWEI. In Ethereum, the currency used is ETH. The relation between ETH and GWEI is that ETH is greater than GWEI. 1GWEI =10⁹ ETH. In GWEI, G stands for giga, and WEI stands for the smallest unit of ETH. The maximum gas a user can use or the standard limit of gas for conducting a transaction is 21000 units. If more units of gas are set as the limit by the user, then the standard unit will be used, and the rest will be refunded.  If less limit has been set by the user, the amount set will be consumed, and the transaction will not be completed as less amount is set. In the midst of all the buzz about cryptocurrencies 🚀, I'd like to share how I'm using Graphical Network Analysis and Affinity Propagation to understand the underlying relationships between different crypto assets. Why? 🤔 Because I've noticed that many people (including myself) tend to buy multiple assets without considering the risk of overexposure to the same factors, which can increase risk without necessarily improving the return profile. This often leads to suboptimal results. This tool can help everyday investors make quick and smart decisions in this fast-moving market. Here's a screenshot for reference: *Interpretation guide*: - Assets in the same cluster have the same color labeling. We didn't assign these labels; the algorithm did it based on similarity. You can compare and contrast with your own labeling based on your judgment. - It's wiser to purchase assets from different clusters to introduce diversification into your portfolio. - The lines connecting the assets vary in shade. Darker shades indicate a stronger relationship, while lighter ones indicate a weaker relationship.
